Renewal

Sometimes we’re just in it. Buried in the dirt, barely breathing, lying there lifeless, forgetting that we are limitless and eternal. But then we feel a drop of water and a glimmer of hope so we claw and scratch and dig our way into exhaustion chasing that glimmer, craving that hydration until eventually we breakthrough. Please remember dear one the breakthrough requires a remembrance, an integration, a slow unfurling of new life, and energy as it permeates each cell, one by one. Slowly we must absorb the warmth of the sun and drink of the water. Slowly. Remembering how to nourish the mind, body, and soul until we are once again standing tall, face forward, arms to the sky. Growth is a never ending process. There is no finish line only expansion. And each moment is worth savoring. Especially the uncomfortable ones for without discomfort there is no growth.
